Amber Tamblyn debuted in the provocatively titled Live Nude Girls (1995). She hadn’t even reached puberty, so don’t expect much, though a slew of other sexy “older” ladies spice up the flick – including Dana Delaney. Her move to the boob tube and a spot on General Hospital got the brunette into the fame game, if not the skin game. For seven years she reigned on the popular daytime soap and guest starred on such series as Buffy the Vampire Slayer and CSI: Miami. She returned to the big screen with the remake of the Japanese horror hit The Ring (2002). It left a ring around her collar, which Mr. Skin sure wishes she’d take off. But to date, Amber has yet to grace the screen with her hidden talents. With her return to TV in the lead of the surprise hit Joan of Arcadia, it doesn’t look as if Amber’s gems will be sparkling on view anytime soon. Amber doesn’t need a jewel thief but a shirt robber to expose her treasured chest.
