Madchen Amick burst onto the entertainment scene in 1989 with a number of TV gigs, including a one-episode appearance on Baywatch - too bad she didn’t burst out of her bathing suit - as well as a two-episode stint on Star Trek: The Next Generation. She made an impression on visionary weirdo David Lynch, who cast young Madchen in his surreal soap Twin Peaks. The role never gave Madchen a chance to show off her twin peaks, nor did follow-up TV gigs on shows like Central Park West and Fantasy Island.
